Day One!
Day one begins with Bob Harper. I thought it seems like a more relaxing form of yoga. I thought, if the contestants on the Biggest Loser can do it, certainly I can do it. But it turned out to be a challenge, and I loved it. Bring on day two.

First Adventure


YOGA! 
What a great way to start off this adventure! I've always wanted to get into a habit of practicing yoga on a weekly basis. Starting this Monday, for the next 30 day, I will do some form of yoga, Monday-Saturday. From hot yoga to yoga, P90X style. Give me all your suggestions. And I will keep a journal of yoga, and its pros and cons.
