Easter Egg Hunt

So excited to be able to witness an Easter Egg Hunt this year. Being in my twenties, with no kids, I was feeling deprived.

Andrea Ager Motivates Me

I have somehow stumbled upon Andrea Ager, an incredible Crossfit athlete, who loves every bit of what she does, as a competitive athlete, and as a certified coach. I love seeing that in a person. She found her calling, and is so happy with everyday she gets to live it. Very inspirational. Check her out. http://www.theandreaager.com/

Cranberry, Whole Wheat Pancakes

Since Geoff cooks all week long, its my duty to make Sunday breakfast. Today, we had a dilemma. We wanted breakfast food, aka pancakes. The problem is, healthy pancakes are disappointing. I was lucky enough to stumble upon a recipe that really helped. Click Here For Full Recipe. The topping is a mix of cranberry sauce and all natural maple syrup. I really liked the pancake part, and Geoff really liked the cranberry syrup. Needs a little tweaking for both Geoff and I, but the base was great, and I can definitely build off of this recipe. It was a good, guilt free, choice.

Stadium Running in the Sun

One of my favorite exercises is running bleachers. I live a stones throw away from a school, so this winter had been killing me due to the fact I can't use the bleachers. Today was my first day back. And it feels fantastic. Workout for today.

Four sets of bleachers
16 box jumps between each set.

Have fun!

Study, Study, Study

I'm starting to get really bored from only being able to study from a book. Anyone know of a way to make it fun?

Saturday Challenge 2 Mile/50 Burpees

Very Simple. Run two miles. Fit in 50 burpees where ever you feel like it. My time was 31:39. Room for lots of improvement, but a good starting point.

Good Luck :)

Friday Morning Challenge

I wanted today's challenge to be one you could do at home. If you live in Utah, you know that the roads are a bit on the icy side. So today, you can do this challenge from anywhere, as you don't need any equipment. Its a simple one, and you do it as quickly as possible, to get your cardio in.

15 Judo Push ups
40 Sit ups
50 Squats

5 Rounds Total
* Here is an example of a Judo Push up. Sorry about the goofy video.

My time for today was 14:52. Good Luck!
