Shaved Off Over Nine Minutes!

I've been working on improving my 12 Sets of Christmas Time. So far, I have shaved off over 9 minutes! Very excited about that! I am definintely improving. Let me know what you have been working on and improving in. In January, I am looking into starting bikram yoga classes, and my gym is offering a deal to do both as part of a package! Its the perfect mix of strength and flexibility. Let me know your experiences with bikram.


  1. I hear it's an awesome fat burner. Never tried it though, let me know how it goes. :)

  2. I really like it. Its one you can do quickly to give you energy if you are feeling that mid day drag. And it is so easy to track your progress. How are you liking the videos you are doing?
