12 Sets of Christmas

Today, I went onto, decided to take on the 12 sets of Christmas Challenge. If you can't read it, here is the challenge.

50 Reps of Each
1. Squats
2. Bicep Curls 
3. Walking Lunges
4. Over Head Should Press
5. Squat Jumps
6. Pushups
7. Single Leg Squats
8. Tricep Presses
9. Moutain Climbers
10. Deadlift Row
11. Bench Step-Up
12. Burpees

And then your done! My time for today is 28:50. Definitely room for improvement. Let me know what you get! Good luck.
